There are many resources offered at the library, both in person and online. You may visit the library in person to use our computers, study at our tables, borrow books, computers, games, and more.
You can also visit the library virtually. The library homepage is the starting point for all library resources. You will find everything you need here. You can get to the site in many ways: from any of the NDNU webpages, Google search, and by typing in "library.ndnu.edu" for the url.
Click through the links to get to the resource you are looking for.
The library's catalog is called Discovery and looks like the image below, a large search box in the center of the page. Discovery is the portal for all library resources that are available to you right here at NDNU or through interlibrary loan. Click the image below or start the video to watch a short tutorial.
The library's catalog system offers some advanced tools to help with searching for information and tracking your research.
If you have not set up an NDNU Gellert Library account, you might want to start there. You can save your searches and renew your books from your home with a click of a button. Watch the tutorial below to learn more.
The advance features in Discovery and various databases allow you to do sophisticated searches, capture citation information, and email the information to your personal email account.
